If you use another accounting/bookkeeping service, please follow the guidelines below:
Reconcile all your checkbooks, savings accounts and credit cards before sending us your QuickBooks file.
If you have paid for expenses personally, and they are NOT reflected in QuickBooks, please give us a list incuding the date of purchase, what was purchased and how much it costs.
If you use a personal vehicle for your business, or if you have a business car that has any personal use, we need:
Make, model and cost of the vehicle
The date first placed in business use
The total mileage driven during the year
The total business miles driven
The distance to your place of work, and the total number of commuting miles
Total personal miles
Seperate listings for each business use vehicle
It is helpful to have copies of:
All credit card statements that begin; 12/31/06
All bank statements that begin; 12/31/06
All line of credit statements that include 12/30/06
Any loan statements that include 12/31/06
All 1099-Misc., reflecting Income Earned
Send copies of all new lease agreements that you entered into, in 2007
